Bumblebee Jumper
This spider is easily recognised in the field by the contrasting black and yellow bands on its abdomen, somewhat resembling a miniature bumblebee. Also, it has a relatively high cephalothorax, in relation to its abdomen. The male typically has a shorter abdomen compared to the female.

Biology | A high proportion of its diet appears to consist of ants. |
