Theridiidae Ariamnes

Ariamnes petilus Gao & Li, 2014

Reticulated Python Whip Spider

The carapace is dark olive-brown with a paler median stripe and lateral margins. The rest of the body and legs are similarly coloured, with an elaborate pattern of spots and patches, calling to mind the image of a reticulated python.
