Flexi-legs Sac Spider
Calamoneta differ from Cheiracanthium in at least two aspects. First, the male palp lacks a spur on the cymbium. Second, in both sexes, but especially in the males, the first legs are proportionally much longer than other legs. Furthermore, the tibia, metatarsus, and tarsus of leg I in Calamoneta are distinctly slender and flexible, with the metatarsus significantly longer than the tibia and patella combined. This species differs from the two described Calamoneta species (both from Indonesia and are said to be "greenish") by its genitalia and its creamy brown colouration.
