Salticidae Epocilla

Epocilla calcarata (Karsch, 1880)

Orange Painted Face Jumper

Both sexes have a V-shaped pattern on the carapace but with different colours. In the case of the female, it is orange. The female abdomen has a characteristic longitudinal white band with saw-like edges towards its posterior.
