Jade Huntsman
The carapace of the female is convex and jade green. The abdomen is yellow to green with a median green stripe anteriorly. A distinct red patch marks the ventral side of the female abdomen. The male appears totally different from the female. It is smaller and is light brown in colour.

Habitat | Jungle fringes and disturbed forests, often hiding underneath or between leaves. |
Biology | The spherical egg sac is guarded by the mother, and not carried under the chelicerae as in Heteropoda. |
