Oonopidae Opopaea

Opopaea apicalis Simon, 1893

Black-rumped Boxing-gloved Goblin

This species differs from other Opopaea in Singapore by having a distinct dark spot on the posterior dorsum and by having different characteristics of the sexual organs. Unlike the two preceding species, the roof of the cephalic region does not bear any tubercles, but is furnished with some short and weak spines.
