White-eyed Ladybird Spider
This species differs from other Paraplectana in Singapore by its larger size, dull colouration and translucent legs and carapace. Some of the larger sigilla on the dorsum sit in irregularly angular depressions with a distinct whitish outline, calling to mind the small birds called "White-eyes". The posterior rim of the dorsum is pock-marked by many black spots and bars without such white outlines.
