Common Two-horned Orb Weaver
In both sexes, the front view of the cephalothorax is flat, with the AME and PME forming a quadrangle in the centre and the ALE and PLE at the sides, located near to a pair of orange or yellow tubercles. The carapace is typically clothed with long, fine white or yellow hairs on the lateral edges. The abdomen is almost triangular in dorsal view, with a pair of pointed shoulder horns which are conspicuous in the females and less so in the males. The abdominal pattern varies considerably among individuals.
