Singapore Flattie
Male spiders of the genus Siamspinops have prominent forward-projecting chelicerae. The cymbium of each male palp is characteristically dark and rounded, with a conspicuous tibial apophysis clearly visible to the naked eye.
Both males and females have spiny legs. When the legs are held in their crab-like laterigrade position. the three long dorsal spines extending from each of the four pairs of femora are projected rearwards. The tibiae I and II are armed with about seven pairs of closely appressed ventral spines, and the metatarsi I and II with five pairs.
