The male of this species resembles Belisana sp. E in having a pair of well-developed lower cheliceral apophyses. but these apophyses are shorter. The details of its male palps also differ from Belisana sp. E. The female differs from that of Belisana sp. E by the presence of long and stiff bristles on the carapace.

BiologyWeaves a simple platform under shelves or other household paraphernalia at neglected corners. From this platform ten or more vertical threads are extended to the surface below. This is one of the several types of "palisade webs" (with parallel lines) associated with the genus.
