Hairy Moustached Portia
The female has a distinct band of white hairs ("moustache") on the clypeus, as in P. crassipalpis. but can be distinguished by the presence of numerous tufts of hair on the abdomen.
The male is similar to that of P. fimbriata. but a closer look at the palps from a frontal view shows a horn-like extension on each cymbium. The male clypeus often has an indistinct patch of white hairs.
