Karsch’s Porcupine Goblin Spider
Unlike the preceding species, X. karschi has no carapace spines or spikes, and looks superficially like a Gamasomorpha. In both sexes, the carapace has an intricately laced pattern. and more than 20 fine teeth along each of its lateral edges. The sternum is heart shaped. It is distinguished from other non-spiny Xyphinus by the genitalia.
