Curly White Running Crab Spider
As in Philodromus sp. C. the carapace of the female is truncated anteriorly, with a ridge over the anterior eyes. Like the former species, its venter. as well as the femora and tibiae of legs III and IV, are covered by long and curved hairs. In this species, the leg and body hairs are predominantly white. Compared with Philodromus sp. C, the female can be recognised instantly by the characteristic black wing-like pattern near the posterior end of the dorsum.
