Phintella debilis (Thorell, 1891)

Striped Metallic Jumper

Although the carapace of the male is similar to that of the preceding species, this species is distinguished by its white median abdominal stripe.

The black-striped abdomen of the female is covered with iridescent setae of different hues.

Length♀ 3–4 mm; ♂ 3 mm.
HabitatGrasses in overgrown gardens and wasteland; low vegetation along forest edges.
